Okay, the final draft. He is about 12" tall.
The original armor started out as a Kotobukiya Shock Trooper and was cast and modified as needed.
I made the gun last year, based the trigger area on an MP-44 rifle to keep with the Star Wars theme of utilizing real-world weapons for parts on SW weapons.
I am going to be making new casts to do some multiples.
I would like to paint him a few different ways.
I pictured the last way he looked before primer so that it would discourage anyone thinking that this was a simple copy/modification of an existing 1/6 or 1/7 scale toy, figurine, or statue. Every single piece was modified or built from scratch using putty (body filler!!!), clay, construction plastic or casting resin.

The detail is more than thrilling, it nearly knocks you down. The pose is kick-ass, and the armor looks really battle-worn. If you go on like that, you'll be having a job at Sideshow or Kotobukiya in no time!
